About Us

The Central Carolina Songwriters Association is a not-for-profit organization founded in 1997 by Ms. Shantel Davis. The group was created to encourage and support the craft of songwriting. Our current membership consists of songwriters that include talented performers, musicians and producers. CCSA offers an environment where songwriters can grow in their craft by learning and sharing with each other.

Our mission statement~
The goal of CCSA is to establish a nurturing environment for songwriters and lyricists at all levels and to provide support, evaluation, activities and resources employing both amateur and professional affiliations to assist each other in achieving our highest potential.

PLEASE NOTE:

As part of each monthly meeting, members freely share their songs / music for feedback from the group.  When presenting, please bring 20 printed copies of the lyrics (or blank sheets) to distribute for notations. 

While we welcome visitors’ comments during the feedback session, presentation of material is reserved for paid members only.
